Mold Remediation in Pembroke Pines, Florida

Mold Remediation took place in a condo in February 2017. 

Mold was caused due to subrogation from upstairs apartment. There was visible mold in the guest bedroom closet. Upon arrival spoke to homeowner and explained the process.  Set up containment in the affected areas, cut damaged drywall and sealed all areas with special coating.

Hepa vacuumed was performed to all affected areas and Air Scrubbers were used during the remediation. The Air Scrubber was left there for several days to further clean the air.

Homeowner was very satisfied with the services provided. Mentioned to SERVPRO of Sunrsie crew that they would contact us should anything happen in the future.
